Frequently asked questions

How does it work?

You book online and pay. You will receive a confirmation by email and SMS with information.
When you arrive at the sauna, enter the unique door code you received by email (check your spam folder if necessary) and SMS. The door will open. Remember that you must remember your code when you go out. The door will lock.

What are the opening hours?

The sauna is available every day from 06:00 - 02:00.

Is it possible to swim?

Yes, right outside you can swim. Bring slippers if you want a comfortable experience.

What should I bring?

Swimwear, two towels (one to sit on) and a water bottle. We also recommend slippers 🙂

Heated sauna

When you arrive at the sauna, it will already be warm. If you book within the same hour, you will have to wait until it is heated.

Can I control the temperature?

No, we have a standard temperature. Ps may vary in extreme weather due to the sauna not being insulated.

Do you have a shower and changing room?

We offer a small changing room in the sauna, but we do not have a shower.

Do I need to speak to someone to book?

This is not necessary. The entire experience is self-service, but customer service will respond by email if you have any questions before arrival and during your session. We respond within a short time to urgent matters.
